What is it with people who have these egos where they are the best thing around and don’t want to help others. I understand that you have paid your dues and got to where you are by hard work and dedication but does that really mean you don’t want to help others? Is it just me or does it seem stupid that some people refuse to help others because they feel their better then everyone else. But yet they have had someone along the way help them to get to where they are now. Sure not everyone is perfect or has achieved as much as the next person but that doesn’t mean they don’t care or suck at what they do. Each person learns differently, some right away others with practice and failure. Yet what happened to where everyone worked together and learned from each other. Think about the things you know that the person next to you doesn’t. What could you learn from them? What could they learn from you? Sure you both could come from different lives but deep down inside you have one major thing in common. The want for success, it’s what drives us to keep going when were knocked down, pushes us to be better every time, guides us on a path to our life goals. What person out there doesn’t want to be successful , sure the measurement of success is different but in the end its still success. So next time you see someone struggling why not stop and ask them if they need help. Maybe you could show them a better way to do things. Don’t just put them down and make them feel like they are an idiot or are worthless. Where does laughing at someone when they struggle get you? What you feel more like a man because everyone is laughing with you. How do you think that other person feels crushed, upset, down on themselves and all this because you have an ego that gets in the way. I challenge you to do this next time you see someone struggling stop and help them, then think about how you feel by helping them compares to putting them down .
